Obviously, the USA would have to be dismantled to destroy its constitution, in order to merge it with other countries that also would also have to be dismantled to form the North American Union.
Ron Paul is a “distinguished” advisor to the Mises Institute, which maintains a watch on Quebec and its “secession” progress. In 2018, Mises posted its favorable reaction to the French-only decision of Quebec Superior Court Justice Madame Claude Dallaire, affirming Quebec’s “secession rules,” among other things. This entire court proceeding was fraudulent and concocted.
