While testifying under oath in 2002 in a defamation suit he brought in his own name (Bertrand v. Proulx, 2002 CanLII 23756 (QC CS)), infamous Quebec City lawyer Guy Bertrand is quoted by the judge in her judgment at paragraph 16, as having admitted:
Selon son témoignage, Bertrand admet qu’à compter de 1995, il devint presque un traître pour les indépendantistes et souverainistes qui avaient été jusqu’à ce moment-là parmi ses plus grands supporters. En ses propres termes, il a quitté ce qu’il appelle maintenant la chapelle nationaliste, bien qu’il affirme se considérer toujours souverainiste dans le contexte d’une nouvelle confédération selon le modèle de la communauté européenne.
Translation:
In his own words, Bertrand admits that, from 1995 onwards, he became almost a traitor to the independentists and sovereigntists who had been among his greatest supporters up to that point. In his own words, he left what he now calls the nationalist chapel, although he says he still considers himself a sovereignist in the context of a new confederation along the lines of the European community.
There is no Quebec “nationalist chapel” and never has been. Gilles Duceppe worships the European Union system which is globalism.

Bertrand is a key strategist in the “separatist” movement which, of course, isn’t “separatist” at all, but camouflage for a strategy aimed at merging countries into regions on the European model. The pretext of Quebec “sovereignty” is just a bait-and-switch to hook a ‘nationalist’ public. Or, we could also call it Jacques Parizeau’s “lobster trap”: once lured in, there would be no backing out because the UN would “recognize” the dissolution of Canada.
That is a judge citing the sworn testimony of Quebec City lawyer Guy Bertrand, a founding member of the Parti Québécois, that he wants a “new confederation” “on the model of the European Union“.
The judge says that Bertrand testified that “sovereignists” now view him as a traitor to the cause, because he wants Quebec “sovereignty” only in the framework of the European Union system.
But, where have the “sovereignists” been all this time? Can’t they read French? Didn’t they read the 1980 question, the 1995 question? Didn’t they see the PQ’s 1978 white paper, “L’Option Europe “? Didn’t they hear Lévesque propose a new “Canadian Union” between 1964 and 1968?
And Bertrand now pretends the idea of the European Union system for Canada is a departure?
The fact is, those controlling Quebec are all doing a one-world government; and the European Union system is a basic element of it. They are eliminating the sovereign nations by merging them to consolidate them into regions that are actively being demographically disintegrated by mass population transfer to permanently destroy every nation on Earth … while creating Israel, a synthetic “ethnic” state as headquarters of a Zionist world government.
