Allan Gotlieb declares 9/11 “provocative agent” behind NAU (North American Union)

I think it was 9/11 that was the “provocative agent” that brought about a discussion of, um, deepening the — deepening the uh —, dee-dee-deepening the structures, or deepening the arrangements, or deepening the rules.”

North American Union has always been the goal, an extension of the “Canadian Union” (Lévesque 1964), itself a copy of the European Union. Is he trying to hide that fact? Is he reversing reality? Does he not want to say that 9/11 was motivated by the desire for a North American Union, that two referendums had failed in 1980 and 1995 to give it a kick-start, and they couldn’t wait much longer? So they loaded two mile-high towers with explosives and pretended they were bombed by Arab hijackers? Who does he think he’s kidding?
Allan Gotlieb is a signatory to the CFR-sponsored Task Force report of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE) entitled “Building A North American Community“, a blueprint for carrying out the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP). This project is known as “North American Union” for short. It is tantamount to imposing the European Union system on North America. In this video snip, Allan Gotlieb tells pressfortruth.ca interviewers that 9/11 was the “provocative agent” that motivated planning for the North American Union.
However, the goal of a North American Union, on the European model, long predates 9/11. It has always been the real goal of the Parti Québécois whose Pierre-Marc Johnson also signed the Task Force report. The Parti Québécois is not separatist, but communist and globalist.
The Parti Québécois was created by Lester Pearson’s federal regime in collusion with Power Corporation of Canada in 1967. The North American Model Parliament was chaperoned by Paul Martin’s federal regime in the Canadian Senate Chamber in Ottawa in 2005. The “first North American Model Parliament” was co-hosted by Bernard Landry, Pauline Marois and others from the Parti Québécois. Paul Martin was an employee and a known asset of Power Corporation of Canada . Martin was hired in the 1960s by Maurice Strong to work for Paul Desmarais Sr. Martin became president of Canada Steamship Lines, a subsidiary of Power Corp. and, in 1981, Desmarais sold the company to Martin and another man, Martin’s partner.
The Quebec referendums are essential to complete the North American Union by dissolving and dismantling Canada to get rid of the Constitution.
This was the real purpose of the “sovereignty” referendums of 1980 and 1995. In 1978, having seized power in 1976 under false oaths, the Parti Québécois produced a white paper entitled “L’Option Europe : Analyse de la plausibilite d’une association Quebec / Canada / Europe,” of which the following is an excerpt:
Note the word “association”. This was the real purpose of the 1980 Quebec “sovereignty” referendum question, which was not about independence, but about “sovereignty-association”. The 1995 question was on the same theme, but the word used was “partnership”. Countries of the European Union are known as “Associate” states.
Quebec “sovereignty” was nothing but a threat, blackmail to force the “rest of Canada” to “negotiate” its complete dismantling and refederation using the accession accords of the EEC-EU. That’s why the 1998 Supreme Court advisory on Quebec “secession” invented a “duty to negotiate” the dismantling of Canada after a Yes vote in another Quebec referendum. The advisory questions and answers were just as rigged by the federal regime as the creation of the Parti Québécois and the North American Model Parliament launched in the Canadian Senate. This is all one project to dismantle and refederate Canada into North America.
It has already been TAKEN FOR GRANTED that Canada and the USA are to be DISMANTLED into individual states, that Canada’s national Parliament will be gone, as will the American Congress. This echoes the intentions of EU co-founder, French President Charles de Gaulle in 1967, on Canada’s 100th birthday, when he attacked not just this nation, but all of North America, crying “Vive le Quebec Libre!” from a balcony at Montreal City Hall. That meant “Long live LIBERATED Quebec!” which was a separatist slogan of the time.
However, De Gaulle’s biographer, Dale C. Thomson observed in 1988 that de Gaulle’s “model for Canada was still the same as for Europe, a group of independent countries collaborating in specific areas in their common interest, but each maintaining its freedom of action.” Thomson continues: “Whether by chance or collusion, that prescription was also an accurate description of the formula of sovereignty-association advocated by the Parti Québécois.” Thomson was perhaps unaware of the PQ’s 1978 document, “L’Option Europe“.
The target date for the North American Union was originally 2010, according to the 2005 blueprint entitled Building A North American Community. It can therefore hardly be a coincidence that yet another phony “separatist” — Gilles Duceppe, leader of the Bloc Quebecois — toured Canada in April 2010 urging ALL the provinces to “secede” from Canada, while south of the border, some 20 American States were led to file “9th & 10th Amendment” resolutions, determined to “secede” from the runaway federal government of Bush-Obama. In other words, rather than oust the perjurers who are violating the Constitution, American leaders prefer to destroy America by splintering their country into the individual independent nations required to carry off the CFR-CCCE’s plan for North American Union, as apparently accurately envisioned decades ago by Charles de Gaulle.
